FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return all items should be in their original commercial condition, unused and unworn with all tags, labels and send back within 14 days of receiving them.
Delivery costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer and clients can arrange their own way of international shipping that supports a tracking method. The client is responsible for the returned package until it reaches our office safely. NABOKOVA is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.
Make sure to write your name and/or order number on the return package so we can identify it easier.
Upon receiving the returned items, you will be notified via email.
We try to process all refunds as fast as we can, but please allow up to 7 business days.
The full amount you paid for your order will be refunded except for the delivery costs, which are the responsibility of the buyer unless special circumstances occur.
The amount will be refunded to your bank account or card used for the original transaction of purchasing.
We reserve the right to deny returns and refunds if the return items we receive are not in the excellent condition described.
Please note: until the items reach us we are not accountable for them. We cannot refund items that have been lost or arrived damaged. For this reason, the item you want to return should be send back to us carefully packaged and we advise you to use trackable method.
RETURNS OUTSIDE OF THE EU
Delivery costs for returns including custom taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please send returns from outside of the EU with prepaid custom taxes or these taxes will be deducted from your refund.
